Primary Objective: Provide technical and strategic advice to influence the ongoing development and management of the evolving Northern Territory's electricity market and system operation. Responsible for the Forecasting and Dispatch specialised team, managing the technical market interactions with Generator Participants, and delivering engineering and strategic advice for the development of procedures, models, and tools associated with Northern Territory Electricity System and Market Operator's forecasting and dispatch function. Ensures compliance with relevant codes, procedures, operational plans, systems, and reports in line with the System Control objectives for the secure, reliable and safe operation of Northern Territory's regulated power systems. The Team Leader reports to the Manager Market and System Transition.
