About This Role
This is a leadership position that plays a key role in the coordination and support of frontline domestic service delivery for older people living at home.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Domestic Services Assistants to ensure clients receive safe, reliable, and high-quality home cleaning and domestic services.
Responsibilities include providing day-to-day supervision, promoting a positive team culture, encouraging and responding to feedback from clients, carers, and stakeholders, overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
Skill Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience supervising or coordinating staff in aged care, community services, or cleaning/domestic roles. You will also require proven ability to lead teams or initiatives, with a focus on achieving results, supporting team performance, and fostering a collaborative culture.
