Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate strategic planning and reporting functions, fostering key partnerships across First Nations, innovation, and sector-wide networks.
* Implement our 'Towards Reconciliation' strategy, strengthening relationships with Traditional Owner groups in the region.
* Coordinate our Innovation program, overseeing research and development projects and partnerships.
* Support the General Manager - Strategic Services to facilitate an annual program of activities for the Board Strategic Issues Committee.
* Manage a high-performing team focused on navigating future direction and business transformation.
Requirements
* Foundational understanding of governance and strategy principles.
* Experience in translating strategic intent into action and implementing innovative propositions.
* Strong verbal and written communication, excellent time management skills.
* Ability to navigate complex operational environments.
