Job Description
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and effective execution of tasks on an LNG plant in Darwin. Your role will involve developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
* Utilize Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
* Use SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.
* Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
* Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
* Foster a strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and quality in all planning and scheduling activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
* 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
