Key Responsibilities
* Lead interior design across multiple levels of a complex entertainment precinct, including gaming, restaurant, function rooms, and theater spaces
* Design and coordinate tenant fit-outs, particularly for restaurant areas and other commercial spaces
* Manage design development phase of the project, working with timelines set by the client and project manager
* Mentor and develop junior team members, potentially taking them through to the next career level as the project progresses
Skills & Experience
* Solid mid level or senior level
* Demonstrated hospitality sector experience, particularly with gaming, restaurant, and entertainment venue design
* Strong understanding of materiality, compliance with materials, and design principles
* Proficiency in Revit, with ability to see projects through from design development through to completion
* Awareness of commercial kitchen design and landlord requirements beneficial
* Interior architect-level thinking preferred given the project\'s complexity and scale
