We're looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Consultant
to support clients and internal teams with technology implementation, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving business problems through technology, collaborating with stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
* Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of IT systems and tools
* Conduct assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations
* Assist with system testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support
* Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
* Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams on cross-functional projects
* Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Requirements
Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)
* Experience in IT consulting, systems support, technical business analysis, or related roles
* Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (software, networks, cloud, data, or ERP systems)
* Ability to gather requirements and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM/ERP platforms, or cloud services
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Technical documentation and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and structured working style
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and client expectations
* Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
* Fluent in English
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
