**The Role**:
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle of the current customer base. You will be maintaining and establishing long-term relationships with customers by providing tailored experiences. As well as, ensuring that their needs are met and providing the correct recommendations on IT products and services. With no KPIs you are able to focus on
**building connections**,
**sales opportunities**, and formulating
**quotes**.
**To be successful you must have**:
- A **minimum of **2 year**s** of Account Management and **Business-to-Business** experience
- Good **system knowledge**. Eg. Cloud, Fire.
- Be able to work in a** fast-paced, adaptive environment.**:
- Exceptional written/verbal **communication** and** listening** skills
- Knowledge in **Sales, Technology**, and **Business Development**:
- Must be a** Citizen** or** Permanent Resident**
