Campus Student Support Position
OneSchool Global - Hamilton Campus is seeking a part-time, permanent student support assistant to join our team in Term 1 2026.
* The ideal candidate will have experience working one-to-one with students who require additional support and hold a Certificate III or IV in Education Support.
We are looking for someone who can provide individualized care and education to students while upholding the dignity of all individuals. The successful candidate will be skilled at adapting their approach to meet the diverse needs of students within an academic, social, and self-care context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with learning support teachers (LSTs) on developing strategies that reinforce consistency across classroom activities
* Develop student-centred practices by showing respect, empathy and sensitivity towards students' communication styles
* Foster flexibility when providing tailored educational solutions addressing various learners' requirements
