About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Industry Partnerships & Training Solutions to drive growth across Western Australia through the development of strong, commercially focused industry partnerships.
This role involves identifying new opportunities, building a pipeline of business, and progressing partnerships from initial engagement through to agreement and delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to shape training solutions that meet industry needs and deliver commercial outcomes.
While relationship‐led in approach, this is a sales‐focused role with clear responsibility for generating revenue and supporting sustainable growth. The role suits someone who is comfortable owning targets, progressing opportunities over time, and building long‐term value through trusted partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow strategic industry partnerships across Western Australia
* Identify, develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
* Generate new business and expand existing partnerships
* Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored training proposals and solutions
* Progress opportunities through the full sales cycle, from engagement to agreement
* Manage key accounts to drive repeat and additional revenue
* Support revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in a sales, partnerships, or commercial role
* Strong understanding of training, education, or workforce solutions
* Ability to generate and progress new business opportunities
* Well‐developed relationship management and negotiation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with internal teams
* A practical and outcomes‐focused approach
* Experience working with mining, resources, or regional industries is desirable
* Experience in vocational education or training environments is advantageous
