About Our Client
Our client is an Australian-owned, integrated, multidisciplinary heavy engineering and construction services provider to the energy, resources, infrastructure, marine and defence sectors. Working in Henderson with exciting future projects.
What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will carry out mechanical repairs, servicing and fault‐finding across a range of civil and workshop plant and machinery.
Responsibilities include completing mechanical checklists, inspections and planning tasks, assembling metal parts and subassemblies, and maintaining stock of hydraulic, mechanical, electronic and pneumatic materials.
They will conduct pre‐start checks, follow industry safety standards, quality control systems and develop JHAs and Take‐5s as required.
The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, performing marking and lining out, reporting incidents promptly and supporting general duties and housekeeping as needed.
What You Will Need
* Cert III Engineering Mechanical Trade.
* White Card.
* Confined Spaces.
* EWP.
* National Police Clearance.
* Ability to pass pre‐employment medical and drug screen.
