Join our passionate Inclusive Learning team and make a real difference in the lives of young learners. We are seeking caring, energetic, and student‑focused casual Inclusive Learning Facilitators to support students with diverse learning needs across our Primary School (Prep–Year 6).
In this casual role, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers, specialist staff, and the Inclusive Learning team to help students feel confident, engaged, and successful in their learning.
What You’ll Do
* Support teachers to deliver inclusive, differentiated learning programs.
* Work with individual students and small groups to help them achieve personal learning goals.
* Assist students needing extra support with academic, social, or behavioural skills.
* Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Maintain confidentiality and champion the School’s values in everyday interactions.
About You
You are someone who:
* Loves working with children and understands diverse learning needs.
* Has experience supporting students from Early Childhood to Year 6.
* Communicates clearly and builds strong, respectful relationships.
* Works well as part of a collaborative team.
* Brings initiative, organisation, compassion, and curiosity to each day.
Qualifications
Required:
* Certificate III in Education Support (or relevant experience as a Classroom Assistant/Integration Aide)
* Victorian Working with Children Check (Employment)
* National Police Check
* Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Management Accreditation
Desirable:
* Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
