About The Role
Full-time and onsite, 9-day fortnightly roster working Monday to Friday onlyActively engaging with clients, Third Parties, and other insurers throughout the claims processNegotiating and proactively seeking to recover costs to ensure a positive outcome for our customerManage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery effortsAchieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks
About You
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsConflict resolution expertise with confidenceStrong time management skills and multitasking abilityTeam player mindset with a willingness to learn and adaptKnowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageousPrevious experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
