In the APAC region, PATRIZIA has 50 real asset professionals working across 6 office locations. Our Canberra office, located in Barton, is home to 18 staff members who contribute to the company's success.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Team Coordinator to support our Investment Solutions Group and other operations teams. This role involves providing business support, administrative functions, and overseeing the general running of our Canberra office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to learn on the job. They will also possess strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as demonstrated Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

* Business Support Activities:
o Diary management and coordination of travel bookings.
o Organisation of events, including investor meetings, team offsites, and social functions.
o Updating PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and reports on company-branded templates.
o Coordinating with other teams and offices across the PATRIZIA network.
* Office Management Duties:
o General running of the office, including reception services.
o Liaising with building management, maintenance, and contractors.
o Maintaining subscriptions and contracts, including expense processing.
o Health and safety, including coordinating fire wardens and first aid officers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need relevant experience as an Office Manager, Executive PA, or Team Coordinator, preferably within a financial services environment. We are looking for a great team member to further contribute to our positive office environment.
