We're seeking a reliable and experienced Nominated Supervisor / Assistant Director to support the leadership and day-to-day operations of our 39-place early learning service, working closely with the Centre Director.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Law, and all regulatory requirements.
* Lead and manage the team, including mentoring educators and overseeing staff performance and professional development.
* Take responsibility for the educational program, ensuring it meets the EYLF and supports children's learning and development.
* Oversee health, safety, wellbeing, and risk management across the service.
* Act as the Responsible Person on site, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with families and external agencies.
* Collaborate with the Centre Director on service planning, quality improvement, and community engagement.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, including as a Nominated Supervisor.
* Thorough knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and childhood legislation.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring skills.
* Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications.
