As the Store Manager you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE every day. You will lead a team of Stylists to provide extraordinary customer service and help customers feel glamorous and empowered.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control
- Manage your roster and wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering
- Recruit high-calibre employees in line with the SHEIKE brand and values and provide them with an excellent welcome, training and induction
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop and influence others
- Drive commercial outcomes
- Excellent operations and stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion
- Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPI\'s and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Experience in leading, recruiting and developing a team
- The ability to drive a positive culture and one team workplace
- Self-motivated and a strong communicator
