About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a short-term contract basis, supporting the delivery of small-scale commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction contracts, keen to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a reputable builder. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts Assist the Project Manager with cost control, forecasting, and budget tracking Process progress claims, variations, RFIs, and EOTs Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with contract terms Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple short-term projects concurrently Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Project) Strong written and verbal communication skills Immediate availability preferred To Apply: Click the “Apply Now” button and attach your resume.
