We're representing a respected agency in Hamilton that's expanding its permanent recruitment team. With more jobs than the team can currently service, this is a rare chance to step into a warm desk with immediate access to long-term clients across
Freight Forwarding, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Trades.
The Agency
A growing Brisbane firm known for genuine partnerships across manufacturing, logistics, trades, and supply chain. Their team of 13 operates with transparency, collaboration, and a values-driven approach focused on hunger, care, and drive. With hands-on leaders who prioritise development and autonomy, you'll have strong support as you grow your desk and progress into senior or leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle across Freight Forwarding, Manufacturing, and White-Collar roles
Service and nurture existing perm clients with ongoing requirements
Build relationships with new clients (optional BD with RM support)
Screen, interview, and manage candidates through to placement
Work closely with admin and BD support teams
Contribute to succession planning and future team growth
About You
Minimum 1–2 years of agency recruitment experience
Resourcers ready to step into a consultant role encouraged
Experience in Freight Forwarding, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Trades is highly regarded
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Full Australian working rights
