An exciting permanent position has become available as a Receptionist in our Moree Office. As a pivotal team member, you'll be responsible for supporting our reception & administration functions and assisting with our internal workflows. Your daily responsibilities will include; reception duties and front of house management, greeting our clients in person, managing our phone systems, providing a high level of support to our management and accounting team by assisting with our workflow and the inflow and outflow of client documents, maintaining financial and client systems, problem-solving and showing initiative by actively seeking out continuous improvements to the administration and support processes.

RESPONSIBILTIES
* Contribute to and maintain administrative systems & processes
* Oversee and manage our internal client documents and workflow
* Perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to; reception, phone management, client software maintenance, internal software maintenance, mailing, banking and document management;
* Facilitate internal communications relating to business updates;
* Ad hoc duties and projects related to the position and to the ongoing service needs as required.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
* Having experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant or a similar role is highly regarded
* An understanding of office management, administrative operation systems and procedures;
* Be hands-on and a problem solver, with the ability to show initiative and plan ahead;
* Possess strong communication skills, have an attention to detail and elite problem-solving skills;
* Demonstrated efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite;
* Excellent client service delivery and organisational skills;
* Be able to meet set deadlines and prioritise activities where required;
* Are a confident and outgoing self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
