Fresh off our Agency of the Year win, we're looking for a Senior PR Account Director / Junior Group Account Director within our consumer team to lead ambitious work that earns attention in culture. Someone who understands how stories travel across media, creators and communities – and how to turn earned attention into a true strategic lever for brands.
This is a role for someone equally comfortable leading clients, mentoring teams, shaping strategy and spotting the cultural opportunities others miss.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the development and delivery of consumer campaigns across PR, social, influencer, events and more
* Providing senior strategic counsel to clients across communications, storytelling and reputation
* Driving culturally sharp ideas that people genuinely want to talk about, share and engage with
* Overseeing integrated campaign delivery across earned, social and influencer channels
* Managing budgets, timelines and team resourcing across accounts
* Mentoring and developing junior team members
What we're looking for:
* 8+ years experience across consumer PR, earned media or integrated communications (agency preferred)
* Strong strategic understanding of media, culture and the modern communications landscape
* Experience leading clients and presenting strategic and creative recommendations with confidence
* A proven track record delivering earned campaigns that cut through and generate meaningful impact
* Excellent writing and storytelling skills – from media narratives to campaign ideas
* Strong media relations experience and an understanding of what makes stories travel
* Someone proactive, organised and calm under pressure
