* Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives to optimize workforce readiness
* Contribute to HR initiatives, reporting, policy development, and systems improvement
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in employee relations and performance management, as well as excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards is essential.
