The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy medical hub and work within a supportive general practice team, providing high‐quality care to a diverse patient base.
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys continuity of care and thrives in a fast‐paced but collaborative GP environment.
About You
* Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Minimum 12 months experience in Australian General Practice
* Experience in immunisations, woundcare and chronic disease management
* Strong communicationskills and a patient‐centred approach
