As a Research Assistant, you will play a vital role in advancing youth mental health research and knowledge translation. Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to research projects, including ethics applications, and participate in team research activities.
* Undertake rapid reviews of youth mental health literature and perform qualitative interviews and analysis.
* Participate in national forums, maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to team meetings.
* Contribute to the development of services targeting young people with, or at risk of, first episode psychosis within designated headspace centres nationally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A postgraduate degree in behavioural or social sciences.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A strong interest in youth mental health research and service development.
* Experience with qualitative research methods and literature reviews.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
