Your new role
As a Payroll Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processes for up to 500 staff across various pay cycles. You’ll handle PAYG, superannuation, terminations, and more, while using Employment Hero software. You’ll also onboard/ offboard clients and build strong relationships by resolving payroll queries with precision and care.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- High-volume payroll expertise in fast-paced settings
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Experience with Employment Hero payroll software
- A detail-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
