About the Role Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of roofing, cladding and facade projects.
Working closely with clients, suppliers and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in securing future work and supporting successful project outcomes.
What You'll Do
Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing, cladding and facade projects
Review project documentation, drawings and specifications
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
Develop pricing strategies and construction methodologies
Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering initiatives
Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the tender process
Assist with project handovers to delivery teams
Support continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes
What You'll Bring
5–10+ years' experience within roofing, cladding, facades or commercial construction
Trade background in Roof Plumbing, Carpentry, Cladding Installation or similar highly regarded
Strong understanding of commercial roofing and cladding systems
Experience interpreting architectural and construction drawings
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Estimating experience highly regarded; however, training can be provided for the right candidate with strong industry experience
