What success looks like in this role:

We seek a MECM technical SME to work with a government account in Canberra and join our team of experts. You will collaborate with resolver teams, government departments, and vendors to design, configure, and implement Windows 10 and 11 endpoint environments, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, and supporting infrastructure.
The role involves BAU support, incident, change, and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and migrations.
Requirements:
* Experience in enterprise environment consulting or operations
* Proficiency with MECM / SCCM infrastructure, patching, and management
* Experience with Windows 10 and 11 environments
* Designing and implementing SOE/MOEs, including Windows and security updates, Advanced Group Policy Management, Task Sequence creation, and deployment
* PowerShell scripting skills
* Active Directory and Group Policy management experience
* Application packaging, including MSI-X exposure
* Security product experience (application whitelisting, antivirus, USB hardening)
* InTune and migration experience from MECM
* PowerBI, Power Apps, and Microsoft SQL familiarity
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Understanding of ITIL processes related to Change & Incident management

* Australian Citizen with ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred)
