Role: Business Agility Consultant (Program Management)
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
* Lead and coordinate delivery squads responsible for RegStar 26 product streams.
* Must have hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum teams composed of developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and architects.
* Skilled in sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and cross-functionaldelivery within complex, multi-system environments.
* Responsible for driving delivery outcomes, managing risks, dependencies, and reporting progress to the Program Delivery Manager.
* Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence required, with proven ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within development squads.
