Job Description & Summary
At PwC Australia, the work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities. As a Senior Associate Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role to act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications, working with clients across Tech Hub to support senior business analysts in gathering and analysing business requirements for projects.

What you'll do:
* Demonstrating intermediate business analysis skills with expertise in research, process modelling, requirements elicitation, and Agile delivery.
* Providing basic facilitation and workshop capabilities, offering specialized technical advice and solving complex problems.
* Planning independently priorities, manages workload, and supervises junior team members when applicable.
* Contributing to large projects and leads small-scale improvements effectively.

* Adhering to standardised business analysis processes & framework.
* Assisting to gather and document business requirements.
* Conducting analysis and research (e.g. systems, capabilities etc.).
* Supporting senior business analysts in preparing process models and workflow.
* Participating in user acceptance testing.
