We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Support and Warehouse Team Member.
This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, providing technical product advice, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide best practice professional customer service, ensuring customers' purchasing requirements are met and satisfaction is assured.
* Product Advice: Offer correct and updated product advice, keeping customers informed of new initiatives, product changes, or marketing campaigns.
* Stock Management: Assist with scheduled and ad hoc stocktakes when required, receive incoming goods, check for damages or discrepancies between received goods and invoices.
* Warehouse Duties: Label all goods received, allocate to correct storage locations, ensure all goods are correctly stored, operate equipment safely to lift goods to high levels, package and dispatch all outgoing goods according to company requirements.
