At our park, we're seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. You'll be the welcoming face of our property, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience.

We're part of a leading Australian tourism brand with over 2000 employees across the country. Our network includes fully equipped cabins and ensuite and powered sites, all located by the sea.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
* Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently
* Accurately using our booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Possession and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional Guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or similar reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers license essential

Work Environment
This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
