About the Role
The ICT Service desk manage all inbound service requests and workflow these to the relevant team across ICT
Position Duties
* Capture demand for incident resolution and service requests
* Support day to day within the commission by fulfilling requests, responding to incidents and providing support to users
* Escalate issues to relevant teams, internal or external
* Responding to ICT enquiries by staff within the office
* Supporting several uplift and sustainment activities within ICT
* Travel to other Sites as required
* Proactive monitoring and escalation of critical issues
Position Eligibility Requirements (Selection Criteria) :
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Relevant qualifications in ICT and/or equivalent experience?
* Office365 administration experience?
* Experience with Windows 10, iPhone and Android platforms?
* Experience working in government/public sector?
* Understanding of the Commission's role as an end-to-end regulator
*Please note, these positions will initially be filled in a non ongoing capacity
Position Notes
* Salary offered will be between $80,425 - $84,980 per annum depending on skills and experience. In addition, 15.4% superannuation will be paid.
* Only candidates who hold Australian citizenship can apply. Appointment is conditional on successfully completing a national police check. For more information, please visit
* Non-ongoing opportunity will be offered for an irregular/intermittent term. Opportunities will be offered for varying periods up to 12 months with the option to extend to a total of 24 months.
