Job Description
* Manage procurement activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and supplier agreements.
* Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs.
* Provide advice and support on procurement processes and best practices.
* Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships effectively.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
The Successful Applicant
* Confident running or supporting tenders (RFQ/RFT)
* Strong with documentation, reporting and compliance
* Comfortable advising stakeholders and pushing back when needed
* Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management
* Positive, proactive and team-focused
* Ideally has local government or regulated environment exposure
