Lead Employment Specialist Innovative and high-performing leaders are sought to build an evidence-based service from the ground up. * Lead a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model. * Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant. * Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery. * Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes. * Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers. * Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
