We're looking for a sharp, organised admin professional to support our Medico-Legal team in handling sensitive legal and health records. You'll work closely with agencies like Police, FACS, and the Coroner, ensuring all document requests are accurate, timely, and confidential.
What You'll Do
* Manage and prioritise medico-legal requests
* Process subpoenas, Chapter 16A, and High Risk Birth Alerts
* Ensure compliance with health privacy laws and policies
* Maintain and report on medico-legal databases
What You Bring
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience handling confidential information (public sector a plus)
* Knowledge of Chapter 16A or medical records systems (desirable)
