The Opportunity
Summerland is looking for a full-time Area Sales Manager for the North Region. The North Region will support the Pines, Kingscliff, Bangalow, Nimbin and Lismore branches. The Area Sales Manager works with their team to maximise relationships through providing banking and lending solutions that meet customer needs with an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Branch Leaders.
- Provide positive and comprehensive leadership.
- Coach and develop direct reports to achieve both business goals and personal growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the sales process.
- Undertake business development activities.
- Manage regional performance, including growing people and business with existing customer base and from external sources within your region.
