You will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership to 5 small teams across the Shire in planning and delivering work, as well as allocating and coordinating resources to ensure successful project completion.
The role also involves assisting in the estimation process for works and supervising major and minor contracts.

Success in this role will depend on your well-rounded leadership skills, ability to develop maintenance schedules, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and provide technical knowledge as needed. Experience in a Depot/Works environment would be advantageous.

Willingness to travel regionally within the Shire is required.
A satisfactory National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check are mandatory.
Your pay will start from $92,000 per annum, plus superannuation and award allowances.
