You will play a critical role in fostering a safe and positive work environment by implementing programs that protect employees and contractors while driving a culture of safety and wellbeing. As an HSE & Wellbeing Professional, you’ll make a positive impact by: Implementing and maintaining HSE programs to ensure a safe workplace Coordinating injury management and return-to-work programs for employees Leading investigations into workplace incidents and implementing corrective actions Delivering HSE training and promoting a proactive safety culture Conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance workplace safety Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A Diploma or higher qualification in Occupational Health and Safety Strong e xperience in workplace health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting Strong knowledge of risk assessment, compliance, and injury management Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills RTW (Return to Work) qualification and “Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing” certification At Serco, we are committed to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
