Executive Chef Opportunity
The kitchen leadership team is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences during regular service and functions.
* Prepare and present high-quality food for regular service and functions.
* Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
* Collaborate with management to plan and develop innovative recipes and menus, considering factors such as seasonal ingredient availability, customer demand, portion sizes, and menu pricing.
The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications and a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role or at least three years' relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
