This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and build strong relationships with schools in QLD. As a School Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing access to digital learning for school communities.
You will play a key role in supporting education customers through engaging conversations, building trust, and providing exceptional service and support.
1. Support your education community through engaging, managing, and maintaining the end-to-end lifecycle of the customer relationship.
2. Provide inspiring solutions for our education business customers, building strong partnerships and managing a portfolio of accounts.
3. Guide our customers in making the right choice of products for their business across all product range.
4. Methodically plan your week to meet customer expectations, build relationships, and deliver category/portfolio growth.
5. Develop working relationships with School Bodies, Boards, Procurement teams across school types, seeking out opportunities to grow the business and brand.
6. Attend trade conferences and other key events, identifying new business opportunities.
About You

We're looking for a driven, client-focused professional who excels at forging strong relationships and has an unwavering passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
* 5+ years' experience in business-to-business sales and account development, ideally within office supplies and/or technology solutions for education.
* A strong understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs while maximising customer satisfaction.
* Good understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management with the ability to initiate new ideas/concepts.
* Strong commercial acumen with an analytical and inquisitive mind.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
