About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility to work across three locations.
The Organisation
We provide outstanding customer-focused health, aged care, and disability services to individuals in their own homes and in the community through two healthcare brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client services management for residents, focusing on care plan management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Oversee clinical supervision of support workers, quality assurance and risk management, funding and budget management, and client satisfaction and outcome measurement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in community services coordination or case management.
* Experience managing SIL/disability accommodations.
* Certificate IV in community services (or relevant discipline).
* Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
* Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability services.
