The Role
Our administration team provides clerical support to various departments of the hospital and are often the first point of contact for visitors. Joining our team as a receptionist, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties within the department such as discharging and transferring patients, filing, booking appointments and general reception duties.

Your Key Skills And Experience
* Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite programs and Patient Management Systems essential
* Experience either in a medical administration setting or a patient-facing role highly desirable
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others
* Accurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
* Proven organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and a professional phone manner
* Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.
