About the Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting national service operations across Australia and New Zealand. From scheduling technicians to managing service workflows and handling customer communications, you’ll help ensure seamless delivery of both onsite and remote services. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and building strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for service jobs
- Manage service orders from initiation through to completion
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare service quotations
- Order and track parts and materials
- Review, process, and issue service reports
- Organise internal training sessions, toolbox talks, and team meetings
- Process credit requests and maintain accurate service documentation
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in service coordination, administration, or operations support
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently and within a team
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting field-based technicians or working in a technical services environment (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
