About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with ourSpecial Counselwhile managing your own matters andassistingour growingand dynamicclient base.You'llplay a vital role incollaborating ina team,supporting seniorlawyersand contributing to thefirm'soverall success.
Responsibilities:
* Provideaccurateandconciselegal advice to clients;
* Draft andleadshare and assetsaletransactions;
* Draft and reviewingof property contracts;
* Draft and review commercialcontractsand documents;
* Work unsupervised on complexcommercialtransactions, includingconstruction and building contracts;
* Proactiveattitude, absolute commitment to quality and client protection, detail oriented and strong in clear communication and issue assessment;
* Foster and grow clientrelationshipsand experiences;
* Support Senior Lawyers to grow client base and connection.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience incommercial matters is essential;
* Experience in construction and building contracts;
* Experience with property law and leasing;
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to build rapport with clients andstakeholders;
* Businessdevelopment;
* Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree,togetherwith a GraduateDiplomaof Legal Practice;
* 2-5years PQEwithinaCorporate, Propertyor CommercialLegalteamwiththe rightto practice law inQueensland.
