Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Senior PMO Manager to help mature the project management office for a key transformation program.Your new role will see you working closely with the Head of Transformation to deliver improved governance, reporting and monitoring for a key transformation program. By refining processes and increasing delivery efficiency you will play a key role in the continuous success of the program. Your will also help unify project management standards, develop strategies for improved knowledge sharing and delivery governance and finance reports.Skills and Experience:Experience in establishing transformation PMO capabilitiesA coaching mindset to improve project management & PMO capabilitiesExceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsPrior retail industry experience is highly advantageousFormal project management accreditation's are sort afterOur client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension.
