Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, provide education,
community development and counselling services to young people
*, families, carers and service providers.
To raise awareness
of mental health issues and prevent the development of reliable
mental health illnesses and reduce the risk of self harm.
To
develop referral networks with primary health, youth and specialist
mental health services.
