Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing strategic sales initiatives in the Queensland region. This field-based role requires full-time travel across the state, engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and delivering results-driven solutions.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits
* Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in line with company objectives
* Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including sales campaigns
* Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic countermeasures
* Manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting
* D deliver training programs and attend trade-related activities as required
About You:
* Previous experience in sales with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is advantageous
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools would be well regarded
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on the road
* Energetic, yet humble person, with the ability to take initiative and problem solve
* Must be comfortable with full-time travel across the assigned territory, including approximately 1 week per month in regional QLD
