About The Role
As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:
Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of houseProviding a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the saleContributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floorSupporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
