Location & Compensation
* Lake Macquarie
* $6‐Figure Base Negotiable
* Conservative OTE of $250K - $300K

The Role
This is a new role that has been created to enhance operations, support a growing sales team and continue to drive results. Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will
* Guide the creation and implementation of sales strategies
* Research the market and assist in the review of product mix
* Work hand in hand with Marketing for sales collateral and promotion
* Recruit additional sales team members to meet sales target objectives
* Manage the day‐to‐day operations of the Sales side of the business, including P&L responsibility
* Develop channel partner and Builder relationships
* Work and build the database in preparedness for launches
* Educate and train the team, and provide continuous property market commentary
* Work in close collaboration with the Marketing & Development team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives
Specific Requirements
* 5+ years demonstrated success in strategic input to residential Projects / Developments
* Strong leadership capability – both internal teams and in managing external stakeholders
* Real Estate License
* Extremely well presented and a strong communicator
* Able to work weekends
