Responsibilities
* Conduct impactful coaching sessions to guide clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
* Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate transformational growth.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
* Participate in weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom.
* Leverage social media to generate leads and expand your client base (training provided).
* Conduct structured interviews and assessments to align clients with suitable programs.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in coaching or a related field.
* Strong understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in virtual communication tools (Zoom, etc.).
* Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) for lead generation.
* A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
