Service Desk Officer, $35+super per hour, 2-month contract, WFH
**Your new company**
This Government organisation are currently seeking a Service Desk Officer to deliver Level 1-2 support on a 2-month contract with potential to extend. The office is located at the Olympic Park, offering a WFH option 3 times a week.
**Your recent role**
In this role you will be provide tier 1 service desk support and technical tier 2 desktop and infrastructure support to users across the organisation. You will be taking on tasks such as, IT support throughout the business, customer service and engaging with vendors. You will be able to communicate with internal staff and across documentation. You will have a certificate in ITIL at least to foundation level and be able to use service now ticketing system.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- To be a fit for this role you will have minimum 2 years recent experience in a Level 1- 2 support.
- Certificate in ITIL
- Knowledge of Service now ticketing system
- A positive customer service attitude
