Recovery and Restructuring Role
This is a great opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our Recovery and Restructuring team in Adelaide on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will provide support directly to Senior Partners and their teams, working in a high-performing and supportive environment where you will be busy, challenged, and supported in reaching your career goals.
About the Role
* Editing, drafting, and preparing correspondence and legal documents
* Printing and collating legal documents
* InfoTrack searching
* Proactively managing the team's finance requirements, including trust accounts, accounts payable, expenses, audit letters, billing, and reporting
* File management, including matter opening, conflict checking, and managing fee agreements
* Managing general administrative requirements, including telephones, electronic and hard copy filing, printing, mail, etc.
About You
* A background in legal administration, seeking a career in legal support, or a law student with at least two years remaining in their studies, possessing the skills to provide high-level administrative support
* An energetic, enthusiastic, team player committed to providing exceptional administrative support
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail
* Knowledge of Elite or other finance-related software to manage expenses, matters, timesheets, client billing, and reporting requirements
* Knowledge of Outlook to track key dates and ensure deadlines are met
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality documentation
